We're always looking for ideal challenges so we're super excited about the 'Three Counties Virtual Coastal Challenge' for Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex - in support of East Anglian Air Ambulance.

Our challenge: Starting in Norfolk, complete the 3 distances within the advised time frame below or just pick a county and get started. Each county distance has been carefully mapped out following the coastal paths. You can choose a single county or start in Norfolk and do all 3. A versatile event, you can choose to run/walk or cycle, team up with friends or workmates or go it alone, or do 1 or all 3 challenges, it's your choice.

Your progress will be displayed on a GPS Map Leaderboard (by county) each time you add distance to your challenge. For more information on 'How it Works' click here.

Medals will be awarded for each county - which will make a great series to add to your collection! These medals will be posted when you complete each distance.
