Leave the tarmac and traffic behind and join us on the beautiful trails of Thetford Forest. This atmospheric location, with its tall pines, brings each runner a little closer to nature. Enjoy the sounds of nature whilst completing a 5km run which has winding trails on great quality tracks.

The race starts and finishes at High Lodge, which is a recreational site set in the heart of Thetford Forest. Runners will start in waves of a maximum of 30, with 15 minutes between each wave. You will be required to book your wave start time when registering online. Runners are required to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the booked start time.  All race information will be sent by email. Your bib number and medal will be sent by post. Separate start and finish lines will ensure runners arriving at the start and runners who have just finished will not mix.
